How MHMedia LLC handles information submitted through this website and its private administration tools.
The inquiry form collects the contact details and project information you choose to provide. MHMedia LLC uses this information to review your request and respond to you. Inquiries are stored in a private website database available to authorized administration. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal details.
Free website reviews collect your name, email, organization, project goals, optional phone number, submitted website address, and a limited review of public page information. MHMedia stores the full assessment privately for follow-up. A random report link displays up to seven findings without implementation instructions and expires after seven days. Anyone with that link can view the limited findings, and a downloaded PDF remains on the recipient's device after the link expires.
If MHMedia requests an AI-assisted assessment, public website evidence may be sent to Anthropic. Inquiry contact details are excluded from that request. Automated findings are limited observations, not a complete audit or a guarantee of results.
When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA processes browser and connection information to protect inquiry and website review forms under Google's privacy policy and terms. This site also uses essential session cookies for form security and administrator sign-in.
Portfolio videos load from Vimeo or YouTube only when you choose to play them. Embedded providers process connection information under their own policies. Contact MHMedia to ask about your inquiry or request removal.
