What to plan before your next live-streamed event
Start with your audience, venue, and intended next step—then build the production around them.

Let’s talk about your project
A useful event video plan begins with a simple question: who needs to experience this event, and what should they do afterward? A remote audience may need a clear presentation feed, close views of speakers, readable graphics, and dependable sound. A replay may need a different opening or a shorter edit. Decide what you need before production day.
Share the event date, location, schedule, audience size, and any presentations or recorded material. Walk through microphone needs, speaker movement, lighting, internet access, and where the crew can work. A camera count alone does not define the full production.
Agree on a useful measure of success. Attendance, watch time, replay engagement, and follow-up conversations can each answer different questions. Compare the measure with the event's purpose and the cost of production and distribution; do not assume a view automatically becomes a customer.
